March 23, 2026

starts tomorrow, March 24 at Noon and runs for 49 hours through 1 p.m. on March 26. This annual event brings the ÌÇÐÄVlog community together to support the people, programs, and opportunities that make our university strong.

This year’s top fundraising priorities include the Troth Yeddha’ Indigenous Studies Center initiative, Alaska Nanooks athletics, and the ÌÇÐÄVlog General Scholarship Fund. Thanks to generous donors, a variety of challenges will help stretch gifts even further.

There are many ways to get involved:

  • Make a gift. Join challenges that can expand the impact of each gift. Donations of all sizes are welcome.
  • Sign up as a ÌÇÐÄVlog champion to help spread the word and win prizes
  • Follow and share on social media using #49HoursForAlaska

is a collaborative effort between the University of Alaska Foundation and all three UA universities, celebrating the power of community support across Alaska.

Follow along as the UA ÌÇÐÄVlog Day website tracks total dollars raised, number of donors, and support for programs and funds across ÌÇÐÄVlog.
